- If you join the email list, we keep your email address and use it only to send you our weekly affirmation email.

Who we are
Radiant Soul Sounds is a music channel on YouTube (@RadiantSoulSounds) and the website at radiantsoulsounds.com. In this policy, "we" means Radiant Soul Sounds and "you" means anyone who visits the site or joins the email list.
What we collect
If you join the email list: your email address, the fact that you agreed to receive emails, and when and where you signed up. If you open or click our emails, our email provider may record that so we can see which emails people enjoy.
When you visit the site: like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this only to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse, and it is kept for a limited time.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details, and the site has no accounts or logins.
How we use it
- To send you the weekly affirmation email you signed up for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To follow the law when we have to.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

A few trusted services handle parts of the site for us. Each receives only what it needs.

Cookies
We don't set any cookies ourselves. YouTube may set cookies after you press play on a song.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works with one click.
- See, correct or delete: email us and we'll tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it.
- Extra rights where you live: depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), the law may give you additional rights over your information. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever they live.
We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we may keep a record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake.
Keeping it safe
The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the email list is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has joined the email list, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell subscribers by email first.
